Where do you
deliver?
Please refer to our Area Maps.
Do you take back
and re-use the old baskets?
No,
we never re-use baskets because of the risk of diseases. All baskets are brand
new.
What time do you
deliver?
Delivery will be between 9am and 3pm on the day given, but exact times cannot be
given due to traffic.
Do you only offer
this service to Schools, Nursery Schools and Playgroups?
No, the offer is open to anyone wishing to fundraise.
Once I have placed
my order, can I increase the quantity of baskets to be delivered?
Yes, you can email or phone us to increase your order anytime before the
"cut-off" date and we will amend the order.
When do I pay for
the baskets?
You pay the total amount due, (£6.00 per basket and £5.00 per refill pack) when the baskets are delivered
in May.
Who do I make the
cheque payable to?
The cheque should be made out to Lilford's Nursery. One cheque please, personal
cheques are not accepted.
Can I specify what
plants I want in my basket?
Unfortunately, all our baskets are mixed.
How often should I
water my basket?
Water your basket daily, even if it has been raining, and you should also feed
your basket once a week. We recommend "Miracle Grow".
What other care do
I need?
Make sure you "Dead Head" your basket. By removing the dead flowers you will
encourage the plant to produce more lovely blooms.
Do you supply
Autumn / Winter baskets?
Sorry, no.
Do you supply patio
containers as well?
Sorry, no.
Are the baskets
"Newly-Planted"?
All the baskets have been planted and matured in our greenhouses for over a
month, so they are nicely matured and established.
Are you open to the
public?
Unfortunately we are not open to the public.
